Job Description
Division /Department : Finance
Reports to : Finance and Admin Manager
Work Schedule : Monday To Friday (hybrid, can WFH 6 times a month)
Summary of Responsibility:
• Accounts Payable Management
• Cost Accounting
• Managerial Accounting
Qualifications:
• University Graduate of bachelor’s degree in commerce, major in Accounting, Management Accounting
• Preferably CPA but not a limitation
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance; Preferred experience in cost accounting (manufacturing or service company)
• Computer literate, knowledgeable in SAP, and MS Office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Tasks
• Journal entry preparations
• Accrual Monitoring for relative accounts
• Maintaining subsidiary ledger and related schedule
• Financial Statement preparations and analysis
• Financial Reports Preparation
• Facilitates internal and external audits
Cost Accounting
• Records and computes monthly results/sales
• Reviews master plan of all profit centers
• Consolidate the company's master plan
• Preparation of Company variance analysis - Cost, Labor and Manpower
Management Accounting
• Preparations and analytics of monthly Financial Statements
• Monitors Processes to comply with PFRS/ IFRS
Others
• Compliance in all Accounting Policies and Discipline
• Compliance in all Company Policies and Philosophies
• Compliance in all Sections Responsibilities
• Upholds the KYOCERA Philosophy and participates in various KYOCERA Philosophy permeation activities
• Supports and observes company practices concerning quality management system and helps comply with ISO standards
• Participates in company-wide activities that help promote organizational improvement and high level of employee engagement such as 5S campaigns, safety and health programs, club and employee-wellness activities
