Process Engineer - Lawang Bato Valenzuela

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
Preferably with 3-5 years of related work experience as Process Engineer
Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
Strong technical writing ability
Demonstrated expertise in solving highly technical problems
Advanced knowledge of production machinery and processes
Willing to work in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct testing and measurement in terms of physical and functional properties of product item per process to ensure that all are withn the approved product specification.

· Facilitates sampling stage and testing of raw materials such as resin/ colorant, inks, packaging, etc. prior for mass utilization.

· Prepares evaluation and recommendation for all testing's and inspections done.

· Conduct incoming inspections and evaluation for positive/ negative- art work, nylon, raw and packaging material.

· Conduct rejection rate monitoring per process/ section and develop innovative solutions.

· Responsible for coordination, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of new product sampling from internal and external customers.

· Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process
