Job Description
· Responsible for overall HR services of the company, being the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries and HR Operations.
· Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with recruitment to find and hire the right talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
· Employee (Labor) Relations: Manages the disciplinary process and exit management for employees, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company guidelines, while leading exit interviews to gather feedback for retention and process improvement.
· Human Resources Service Delivery: Serves as the main point of contact for employment certifications and mandatory contributions, conducts informative HR sessions to keep employees updated on policies and systems, assess HR needs, and manages the timekeeping process to ensure accurate payroll data.
· Performance Management: Ensures timely communication and execution of the performance evaluation process for all appraisal stages, while overseeing and reviewing employee movement documentation to maintain accurate records and keep employees informed of their status within the organization.
· Employee Engagement: Partners with the business unit to develop strategies for enhancing employee engagement through effective communication and policies, while overseeing HR initiatives for company events to ensure they align with business needs.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes HR metrics to guide decision-making and enhance initiatives, and prepares reports on key metrics for management review.
· Special Projects: Is tasked to take on additional projects as necessary and as per instructed by immediate manager or one up manager
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
· Extensive experience of 7-9 years in an HR Business Partner role or a similar capacity
· Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the Philippines.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
· Organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
