Job Description
- Must be a Bachelors Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related course.
- With 10 years experience as Project Manager and in Data Migration.
- Experienced IT Professional with a decade (10 years) of expertise in the industry, specializing in technical project and program management.
- Extensive Data Migration Knowledge/Experience (10 years): Skilled in leading data migration projects, covering the full lifecycle from planning and scoping to post-migration validation.
- Must have a Comprehensive Migration Strategy Development Experience: Proficient in data cleansing, transformation, and validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.
- Must have an experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource needs, facilitating seamless project execution.
- Must have an Project Management Expertise: Adept at establishing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within scope.
- Must have a Proactive Risk Management: Experienced in identifying and mitigating risks, swiftly resolving issues, and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Must have an Effective Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in reporting project status, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership, aligning projects with business goals.
