Established non- bank company in Japan that offers financial service to your payments, loans and give convenient options. Considered as one of the biggest and largest non-bank company in Japan. and is now expanding their service here in the Philippines.

Position: Product Specialist Sr. Officer
Industry: Financial Company
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Set up: Work on Site
Salary: Php 30,000-Php 35 ,000
Work Schedule: 8:30AM to 5:30PM (Weekends Off)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any course.
- At least 4-5 years of experience as Product Specialist for Auto Loans
- With experience working in from Banking or Financing Industry
- Amenable to work on site.
- Amenable to attend face to face interviews.
- Can start as soon as possible is a plus

Responsibilities:
- supporting customers through telecommunication, assisting with refinancing options.
- managing contract completion procedures
- ensuring customer satisfaction, providing product expertise, and facilitating seamless, compliant transaction processes.
- customer service, or finance, particularly with refinancing options.
- talk and get the target audience interested in the product
- understanding of automobile loan products, processes, documentation, and encumbrances
