Job Description

Fill the Spot, Get on the Spot - Customer Service Agent - Cebu Site - Up to 17k

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services

Qualifications:
At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS grad (new curriculum)
With Without BPO experience
Excellent communications skills
WAHA (wired connection with 30 mbps download and upload speed)
