Instructional Designer - Hybrid

Salary and Experience Requirements:

3 years: PHP 40,000 – PHP 80,000
4 years: PHP 50,000 – PHP 90,000
Allowance: PHP 3,600 monthly
Sign-on Bonus: 1-month salary equivalent

Locations: Open to all sites but preferably Makati (other locations include Alabang, QC, and Taguig)

Shift:

4 PM to 12/1 AM (mid-shift)
Hybrid set-up (minimum of 2 days onsite per week)
Maximum of 12 onsite days per month
Fixed weekends off

Qualifications:

Experience in Designing and Developing Learning Content
Corporate or BPO Setting Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Articulate 360 Experience (2 years in Storyline 360 and Rise)

Must-Haves:

4 years of combined experience in Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and E-learning (self-paced)
2–3 years of experience in Learning Management System (LMS)
Educational Requirements:

Any bachelor’s degree (open to candidates who have completed at least 2nd year in college)
