Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our telecommunications systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will help enhance our communication infrastructure and support both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, including VoIP systems, routers, and switches.
Network Monitoring: Monitor telecommunications systems for performance and security, identifying issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for telecommunications issues, assisting users with connectivity problems and system functionality.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT and network teams to integrate telecommunications solutions with existing systems and support business operations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams to support ongoing management and future upgrades.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with telecommunications vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any contractual or service-related issues.
Training and Support: Educate staff on telecommunications tools and best practices to optimize usage and enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
At least HS (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
With or with experience
Willing to work onsite
