SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

Responsible for ensuring that all activities and efforts related to brand building & strengthening are effectively carried out including proper implementation of marketing plans, thorough understanding of consumer habits, behavior, market trends and understanding of marketing costs and lead-time.

NATURE OF WORK:

This position is responsible for planning, leading; organizing and controlling the various marketing activities of his/her assigned brand group/s.
Ensures the achievement of sales, profit, market share, and over-all business objectives.
Directs marketing activities which translate to building his/her assigned brands within their respective categories.
Responsible for the conceptualization, formulation, development and actual implementation of marketing strategies and plans aligned to the corporate business objectives.
Performs regular assessment of market development, competitive activities, business opportunities, price movements, and trade performances and makes informed decisions that are deemed advantageous for brand building, sustained market penetration, and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
With at least two (2) years solid experience in marketing/ brand management.
Has a good presentation skills & exceptionally strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, a quick learner, proactive, persistent, an achiever.
Computer literate and very knowledgeable in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Possesses a well-rounded, pleasant personality
Interrelates well with people of various background; likes to meet and deal with people.
Shows high degree of self-confidence and maturity and projects a strong sense of leadership.
Must be very creative – product concepts, designs, brand management and marketing strategies.
Candidate must have a good command of written and English communication skill.
