The Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts or TEACA (TEE-KA) started as an online culinary academy that showcased Lifestyle courses centered on theme specific cuisine and baking & pastry lessons. With over 4,000 active students (and growing) from all over the world, TEACA just recently introduced the more formal Certificate program in Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts, duly accredited by local government authorities and distinguished global organizations. With the remarkable success of TEACA since its inception, we now stand at the forefront of yet another milestone, the opening of our first physical school located at the 3rd floor of Almanza Square Building, 490 Alabang Zapote Road, Las Pinas City. The culinary institute features modern, state of the art facilities spanning an area of over 4,000 square foot, including a Multi-Functional Kitchen Laboratory, a Demo Theater, 2 Multi-Media Lecture Rooms, Locker Rooms and a fully equipped Private Dining Restaurant ready to accommodate over 75 students at any given time, over 40 restaurant guests and almost 50 corporate clients. Having a strong presence in both the online community as well as having a physical school, TEACA now comes full circle with the realization of top quality culinary, baking & pastry and hospitality courses. Job Description

Qualification
*Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the industry with at least 2 years as Sous Chef or Higher.
*Excellent communication skills
*Extensive knowledge in and/or Food Safety Certification is required

Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver competency based training and assessment.
* Ensure implementation of the ServSafe food safety program, company and departmental procedures, working guidelines and standardized recipes.
