Job Description

The Part-time Building Maintenance staff is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the company's facilities. This role involves various tasks, including minor repairs, routine inspections, and maintenance of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
2. Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and patching walls.
3. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas.
4. Report any major repair needs or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
6. Assist in setting up for events or meetings as needed.
7. Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in building maintenance is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
3. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
4. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
