Purchasing Staff for Roofing Plastic Raw Material Producers/Davao

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the supply chain.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Manage supplier relationships and monitor their performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and manage procurement budgets.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
Manage the procurement process for special projects.
Provide training and support to other team members on procurement best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
