QUALIFICATIONS:
--At least 1 year of BPO experience as a Sales Representative or Retention Specialist
--Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
--Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
--Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
--A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
--Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
--Effective organizational and time management skills
--Willing to work on-site in Makati


RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Assist customers via live chat/email in clear and concise written English
--Improve the quality of customer interactions daily
--Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people
--Able to work independently with minimal supervision
