Sr. Service HVAC Engineer (Cavite / 45000)

We are urgently looking for Service HAVC Engineer who can start ASAP!

Position: Service HVAC Engineer
Company: Manufacturing Company for Aircon
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 45,000
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Location: Quezon City

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or field related to products and services
At least 1 to 2 years of after sales experience in manufacturing or service industry
Preferably with valid Driver’s License and can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
Licensed Engineer is a plus
Amenable to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities:
Perform field quality customer service by responding to customer priorities, rearranged schedules.
Communicate effectively with customers, service manager, service technicians.
Organize, coordinate, and monitor service requests schedules.
Aid the service technicians in resolving technical problem via phone, email, or on-site visitations,
Evaluate service request, diagnose defective units, manage ordering of repair parts accordingly, and find resolution to challenging issues.
