Job Description
3. Issues provisional or collection receipt for payments made by the customer and deposit the same the day, if possible.
4. Travels to different areas of concern for signing of Sales Invoice, Summary of Account, Statement of Account, various documents and the like.
5. Receives/pick-up various documents from clients such as signed Sales Invoice, Statement of Account, Summary of Account, BIR Form 2307 and the like.
6. Prepares daily collection report in three (3) copies; 1 for cashier; I for credit and collection, and 1 for file copy.
