Job Description
Must have at least 1 year BPO experience as a CSR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
