Job Description
● Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding requests, service delivery issues, performance, and improvements;
● Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure service quality and contract compliance.

● Create, monitor, and report on service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary;
● Manage the incident management process to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize service disruptions.

● Assist in budgeting for IT services and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals and processes;
● Oversee wireless and LAN networks, including switches, routers, and other related equipment’s service documents/databases;
● Execute tasks in accordance with the organization’s and clients’ policies, procedures, and best practices.; and
● Other Roles and Responsibilities in line with IT Service Delivery Management.
Qualifications:
● A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service delivery or management roles;
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related fields;
● Relevant certifications from Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and etc.,;
● Familiarity with IT service management tools and methodologies;
● Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence;
● Strong verbal and written Communication skills;
● Effective organizational, management, and problem solving skills; and
● Capacity to manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced- environment;

- 35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
