Job Description

Provide timely and effective solutions to requests received during phone conversations;
Ensure timely answering of calls, efficient communication, adherence to standard online time, and maintain the smoothness of agent.
Provide customers with good service attitude and professionalism, and resolve order issues;
Optimal suggestions received via phone should be promptly conveyed
Responsible for completing work tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
Highschool Graduates (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduates, ALS Graduates are all welcome to apply
Applicants with minimum 3 months to 1 year of call center experience are welcome to apply
