Job Description
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Help monitor system performance, perform routine checks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Support IT team with helpdesk tasks and resolve user support requests.
- Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and inventory management.
- Document and update IT processes, hardware setups, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at improving system efficiency and security.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills: Basic understanding of networking, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with operating systems and office productivity software.
Other: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
