Interior Designer

Modernbrands, a leading provider of luxury furniture for Italian kitchen cabinets, Italian wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is currently seeking a talented and motivated INTERIOR DESIGNER to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, lighting, materials selection, and custom furniture.
- Utilize design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, Vray, Metron, and Photoshop to create visual representations of design concepts.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess space and gather necessary information for design implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design is required.
- Preferably with 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no experience & license required.
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, Vray, Metron, and Photoshop.
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations is an advantage.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Amenable to accept a training contract (with a chance for a Trip Overseas).

Work Conditions:

Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
