Job Description

Responsibilities:
· Understand CORE areas, company policies, corporate governance, and basic corporate concepts (e.g., share transfers, mergers).
· Draft corporate documents (e.g., minutes, powers of attorney) and manage corporate secretarial matters.
· Coordinate reviews, approvals, and changes in entity information and structure.
· Develop expertise in support areas and act as a point of contact.
· Suggest process improvements and assist in drafting checklists and process documents.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage SharePoint and communication records.
· Identify training needs for the team and support recruitment efforts.
· Supervise junior team members, providing coaching and feedback.
· Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and commercial teams.
· Support AP67 coordination and ensure compliance with policies.
· Manage corporate documentation for regional entities and oversee signature coordination.
· Conduct legal assessments and lead process improvement initiatives within Entity Matters.
Skills and Work Experience
· Corporate law experience preferred
· Minimum of 3-4 of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing
· Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
· Good experience in generic/legal research and reporting, including due diligence
· Good understanding of commercial agreements, legal and compliance principles
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
· Effectively manage priorities and stakeholder expectations
