Job Description
Graduate of at least Bachelors College Degree in Business, Administration, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR facets especially in Recruitment and Employee Relation.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office: MS Excel, Word, Publisher
Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
Proficient in records management / office procedures including encoding, sorting, filing.
Personal Attributes: Efficient, accurate, organized, trustworthy, detailed oriented, kind, and amiable.
Must be willing to work at Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City.
Functions will include the following:
Recruitment
Employee Relations
Records Management
Handles Globe Postpaid Account of Employees
Compensation package highly depends on the competency of the qualified candidate.
