Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Must have at least 2 years of BPO experience
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Manager under banking and finance campaigns internationally (US, Australia, and UK)
• Must be well-versed in English language (both oral and written forms)
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Must be willing to work onsite in Davao
