The ideal candidate for this role should have proven Field Service experience, the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment, English literacy, the ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules, familiarity with mobile tools and applications, and a technical degree or certification1234. Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Managerial role
• Must have a FINRA license/s of Series 9, 10 or 24
• Must have strong knowledge and understanding about FINRA regulations and compliance
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Willing to work ASAP
• Amenable to work onsite and in Taguig
Salary:
100.000,00 ₱ Monthly
