QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills are a must.
With at least 1 year call center experience
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
At least a school graduate/ SHS Graduate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused and team-oriented
