Job Description
Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services
Qualifications:
3rd year College Completed - With 5 months below Call Center Representative / Call Center Experience and Up
High School Graduate (old curriculum) - With at least 6 - 12 months Call Center Representative / Call Center Experience and up
