Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Transaction Processing: Operate the cash register, scan items, process payments, and issue receipts.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
Sales Support: Assist with upselling and promoting store specials to enhance sales.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
