JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s graduate of any field
At least 1 year experience Quality Assurance
Experience working in production company
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
Can work in Laguna area
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, carry out, and supervise product testing and inspection to ensure quality and adherence to deliverables and specifications.
Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs
Examine complaints of poor product quality and make sure they are resolved in compliance with business policies and legal requirements.
Create or revise protocols for receiving, looking into, and recording product complaints.
Keep track of problem records, keep an eye on risk-management protocols, and communicate concerns to managers and product developers.
