Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Makati City | Onsite | Dayshift

Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant for our client based in Makati City. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and support multiple businesses. This position requires professionalism, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:
* Should possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
* At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant.
* Preferably has experience handling several businesses/companies.
* Experience working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
* Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
* Must have a pleasing personality and can communicate well with clients, suppliers, lawyers, etc.
* Must have a stable job history and a proven track record of handling confidential and high-value information and items.
