Job Description

Location: San Pedro, Laguna (Hybrid whenever needed but mostly WFH)
Schedule: Dayshift

Skills and Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a
related field.
— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technical environment.
— Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile
methodologies, and product management.
— Proficiency in creating technical documents, including use cases, user stories, and
process flows.
— Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and technical integration processes.
— Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for
non-technical stakeholders.
— Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
— Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
