Job Description
A Billing Assitant is responsible for handling, processing and servicing client’s loan requirements in a prompt, accurate and efficient manner, facilitates approval and release thereof.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh Graduates (Business Admin, Financial, Accounting and other related course)
- Willing to work at Candahug, Palo, Leyte
- Male or Female
- Will visit DepEd once a month for Billing.
- No experience required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for processing applications, conducting initial screening of loan applicants, and ensuring the completeness of the loan requirements of which:
Verifies documents by comparing original against photocopies submitted by the borrower;
Stamps the photocopied documents submitted with "original documents presented"
Evaluates borrower details based on Risk Acceptance criteria set and conduct an initial assessment of loan amount.
Shall ensure that all accounts are qualified to avail APDS and that all documents submitted are complete and valid
Creates pre-loan data.
Conduct Internal Checking.
Call CLIENTS for validation / confirmation of details of the loan, amount, term, monthly amort etc. and explain the client’s terms and conditions of the loan;
Interviews/Evaluates loan applications and secure required documents;
Prepare documentation requirements.
