Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Van Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products directly to retailers and customers while managing inventory and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Promote and sell products to existing and potential customers, ensuring sales targets are met.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Route Management: Plan and execute daily sales routes to maximize coverage and efficiency.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels in the van, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing wastage.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications:

College level with 72 units or College Graduate ; relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
