Graphic Designer

About the role:
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning key visuals that capture attention and promote our brand identity across various platforms. Your design skills will be instrumental in ensuring our high-quality content stands out and resonates with our audience. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
What you'll be doing:
1. Develop high-quality and eye-catching graphics and layouts for assets, print materials, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral as per requirements.
2. Create visuals tailored to specific platforms, considering their unique requirements and target audience.
3. Ensure that all visuals align with our brand identity and values, maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
4. Ensure all graphics are accurate, error-free, and aligned with brand.
5. Work closely with branding, marketing, and other teams to understand their needs and create visuals that support their objectives.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Stay updated on design trends and technologies to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.
What we're looking for:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Fine Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Must be Computer Literate
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and AI-generated image applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management skills, complete KPIs on time.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field, preferably in the online gaming or advertising industry.
• Candidates must submit related proof like a portfolio or sample works.
