Job Description
Nezda Global is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Financial and Banking Account) in BGC, Taguig City. This is a full-time on-site role. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate with or without experience.
- Completed at least 2-years in college with no back subject, Highschool diploma or SHS Completer, with at least 1 year of proven customer service experience.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, and on shifting schedules including weekends/holidays.
- Must be tech savvy.
