Job Description
1. Wall area estimation
2. Site inspection/ visit
3. Product/ demo presentation
4. Sales team training o Installation training
5. Address all other technical issues and concerns
*Technical Training during seminars/ orientations for Sales Department and Freelances.
*Maintain solid working relationship with customers by ensuring that all their technical needs are met and resolving all technical issues in a timely manner.
*Monitor product specifications of competitor’s products. Analyze date gathered to ensure that products sold by the company meet the standards or exceed them.
*Discover opportunities through technical consumer research.
*Act as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the Sales Team.
*Prepare and submit weekly report to the Sales head.
*Compile and summarize all necessary reports to be submitted weekly.
*Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
*Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
*Collate and report all product inconsistencies, complaints, issues reported by clients and actions done to address the issue.
*Travel to locations/ sites to conduct product presentation/ training/ demos and inspect installation of products whenever needed.
1. Out of town travel should be approved prior to set demo/ training dates
2. All other activities should be approved and course through the Sales Head.
3. Perform all other related duties as assigned to him by the Sales Head

- 20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
