As a Sales Executive Telecommunications, you will be responsible for promoting and selling telecommunications products and services to both new and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your goal is to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their telecommunications experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to promote telecommunications products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, including mobile, internet, and bundled services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of telecommunications offerings.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s offerings.
Process customer orders and assist with account management, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to telecommunications products.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
