Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records.
2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivables transactions.
3. Assists in managing inventory records, including reconciling physical stock and counts with system records.
4. Maintain and update vendor and customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact and payment information.
5. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing, organizing documents and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial, or a related field is preferred.
2. Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply; No work experience required.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
4. Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
