Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
2. Inspects buildings, equipment, and system to identify any issues.
3. Repairs faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
4. Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
5. Responds to emergency situations during and after working hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns.
6. Diagnoses problems, replace or repairs parts, test, and make adjustment.
7. Assists in performing machine calibrations on many machine type and parts to achieve optimal machine performance and functionality.
8. Assists in the design and implementation of special projects for operational efficiency improvement.
9. Leads continuous improvement process to improve machine uptime and reduce machjine breakdowns.
10. Conducts periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
11. Ensures to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts to accurate repair of all equipment.
12. Ensures to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well-stocked.
13. Ensures compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations.
14. Performs other duties/tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
