Job Description

May conduct on site company presentation, on site meetings and site inspection if necessary.
Understands the design and requirements of the clients.
Attends online meetings regularly to support and document discussions.
Prepare and review Design and Material Take-off provided by Trade.
Support to monitor on-going projects passed on to the Account Managers.
ADMINISTRATION
Create reports for the tasks assigned to him/her.
Submit these reports to his/ her superior.
Coordinates with internal teams for design requirements and cost reviews.
Keeping files and folder in orderly manner.
Process accreditation required by clients.
Raises service request forms.
Scheduling internal and external meetings.
Willing to do menial tasks such as printing, filing, etc.
