Job Description
- Daily respond and take care of users via LINE OA channels;
- Timely respond to users, coordinate with multiple departments to fix the issues and closely monitor until the problems solved;
- Perform live-streaming to announce and promote activities for users from time to time;
- Actively take care and follow-up the middle level users;
- Other as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Thai nationality;
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields;
- At least 1-2 years of work experience, direct experience in similar industry will be preferred;
- Familiar with user operation or customer service in live-streaming or social media or any related platform will be advantageous;
- Excellent in communication, understanding, empathy, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English, can use as work language;
- High responsibility and accountability, can work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
