Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
 Implement and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and processes in line with EOS principles.
 Analyze financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
 Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
 Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditure to support operational efficiency and growth.
 Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and financial discipline across the organization.
 Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, providing insights into profitability, cost management, and opportunities for improvement.
 Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:
 Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
 Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems and processes.
 Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
 Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
 Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
 Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
