Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python
• Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willing to work full-time onsite
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Test and debug software to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and helping them enhance their skills expertise.
