Job Description

Location: Lonely Owl Premier Café, Quezon City
Reports To: Café Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The ideal candidate should have a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide information about menu items and specials.

Order Management: Ensure orders are taken correctly and delivered promptly to customers; handle any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Food and Beverage Serving: Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality.

Cash Handling: Process payments through the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions responsibly.

Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning spills, and arranging seating.

Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customers have a positive dining experience.

Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food handling and customer service.

Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-food setting. (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary:
17.000,00 ₱ Monthly
