Position: Contact Center Representative
What You’ll Do:

Inbound Responsibilities:

Be the Voice of Our Brand: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Customer Champion: Assist customers with inquiries and provide valuable product information.
Problem Solver: Resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions.
Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Team Player: Escalate complex issues to the right departments when necessary.

Outbound Sales Responsibilities

Reach Out: Conduct outbound calls to introduce our exciting products and services.
Lead Generator: Build a robust pipeline of prospects and generate valuable leads.
Sales Expert: Deliver persuasive pitches that highlight product benefits.
Needs Matcher: Qualify leads and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Relationship Builder: Follow up with prospects to nurture connections and close sales.
Collaborate: Work with the sales team to exceed monthly targets.
Stay Informed: Keep up with our products and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but non-BPO experience is welcome!
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Problem-Solving: Strong skills and attention to detail.
Positive Attitude: Ability to handle high call volumes while staying upbeat.
