Job Description

O At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service tools (CRM Systems, ticketing systems).
o Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
o Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
o Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.
o Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Taglish proficiency is a plus).
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to work well in a team environment and independent.
o Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a positive experience.
o Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
