Job Requirements:
· 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Technical Support and Technical communication
· Experience in troubleshooting different hardware and software issues
· Familiarity with basic phone etiquette and excellent listening abilities.
· Strong written and vocal English communication abilities.
· Open to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for responding to all customer request and inquires
· Accurately responds to clients’ questions via email, phone and other channels.
· Actively participation to company training
· Troubleshoot issues with team members and technical resources as necessary to guarantee
· complete resolution.
· Building a good relationship with client and customer
