Job Description
• Handle incoming calls from customers proficiently
• Assess customers’ needs and provide personalized guidance
• Maintain optimal call durations while ensuring a friendly, informative, and helpful approach
• Uphold productivity and quality benchmarks
• Exhibit a sense of urgency in addressing customer queries
• Escalate customer issues accurately and promptly
• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, reflecting positively on the company
• Utilize departmental resources, policies, and procedures effectively.
