Job Description
Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
Ensure that customers receive accurate, prompt assistance.
Create a positive first impression.
Respond to customer questions and concerns.
Create an engaging work environment.
Deliver an exceptional experience.
Answer the phone.
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson/service advisor.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Preferably HRM-related courses)
Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Position is for permanent/full time position
Excellent communication, Telephone Etiquette and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in Lexus, BGC Taguig City
