Job Description

The operations supervisor / talent coordinator will oversee the daily operations of Sparklestream Live Studio, ensuring that all live sessions run smoothly. This role involves coordinating with talents, managing studio schedules, and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the live studio and ensure seamless coordination.
• Act as the main point of contact for talents, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement schedules for live shows, rehearsals, and recording sessions.
• Monitor performances metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align studio operations with overall business goals.
• Assist in brand collaborations to create partnerships that elevate the studio’s content and visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in MCN, live selling, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in brand partnership or collaboration is a plus
Salary:
