Job Description

The Live Selling Admin will manage the logistics of live selling events at Sparklestream Live Studio, ensuring smooth transactions and seamless customer experiences. This role will handle product listings, order processing, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage live selling events, including product listings and pricing.
• Process customer orders, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with the live hosts and production team to ensure smooth selling sessions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce, live selling, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
